What is Big Star’s return policy?
We take pride in the quality of our jeans and we trust that you will be happy with your purchase. However, we understand that certain situations may call for a return or exchange.
General Return Policy: Online purchases made through www.bigstardenim.com are valid for regular refund within 14 days of delivery, so long as merchandise is in the original unwashed, unworn, unused condition with tags still attached. All refunds will be made via the original payment method. We will do everything possible to timely process your return, but depending on your financial institution refunds may take up to two billing cycles to appear on your billing statement.
Defective Return Policy: We guarantee our merchandise to be free from manufacturing defects. In the event your item is defective, please contact our customer service team immediately at email@example.com upon discovery. After an evaluation and in our sole discretion, we may accept defective merchandise returns after the general 14 days, depending on various factors.
How do I return my order?
To return merchandise under the General Return Policy (or after confirmation from customer service for defective and gift returns), please:
(1) fill out the Return Form included in your delivered package,
(2) pack and seal security in the original box (if possible), and
(3) ship your package using back to the address indicated on the Return Form using
– (a) our convenience return shipping label, or
– (b) shipping at your own cost with tracking.
If you lost the Return Form, then please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org for a new Return Form and further instructions. All return shipments must be addressed to: Big Star Denim Returns, 2741 Seminole Avenue, South Gate, CA 90280 Unfortunately, if the returns process is not followed, then Big Star will not be responsible for returns lost in transit to us.
Convenience Return Shipping Label:
All delivered shipments will contain a convenience return shipping label. By using the provided convenience return shipping label, you agree to and acknowledge that a shipping fee of seven dollars ($7) will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Regular Shipping with Tracking:
If you choose to not use the provided convenience return shipping label, and instead to pay for return shipping at your own cost, then you will receive a full refund (so long as the return complies with our Return Policy). Also, we recommend tracking for all return shipments since we are not responsible for unreceived lost return shipments.
Can I return my online purchase to an authorize retailer, and vice versa?
Purchases made online at www.bigstardenim.com must be returned accompanied by the Return Form included in your delivered shipment according to our Return Policy. We are unable to process returns made with other retailers. Items purchased through physical retail or online locations of our wholesale partners must be returned to the place of purchase subject to their return policy. Please contact the retailer for their return policy.
